You can place orders online or call to our customer care representative 24/7! Orders placed after will be received and processed within next business day.
DO YOU INSTALL PRODUCTS?
No, we do not install products. If you are not comfortable performing your own installation, you will need to contact a professional contractor.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?
Not to worry! If you can provide us with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description, we will be happy to send either a credit or a free of charge replacement order. Contact us at [email protected]. Click “HERE” to view our full shipping policy.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
For orders from North American customers, in case products in are in stock – shipment will be proceed within 1-3 business days. Our warehouses in USA and Canada are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and all major holidays.
I AM A ROOFING CONTRACTOR. IS THERE ANY DISCOUNT FOR BUYING IN BULK QUANTITIES THROUGH? CAN I PURCHASE USING A PO?
We are happy to discuss bulk discounts and payment terms for contractors. Please contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions.
Lead time for large quantity international orders in generally may take 1-3 month, depends on supplier location and sea vessel schedule, since XXXXXXXXXX is shipping products directly from the overseas manufacturers factories. If you can`t order full container order for each product – do not worry you can start with ordering few pallets by LCL shipments! You can use our international freight calculator to see most latest quote.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email and sms notification with your tracking number. You will then be able to track it by either visiting the shipper’s website and inputting your tracking number, or logging into your online account, clicking on “My Orders,” and then clicking “Track Order.”

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CREDIT FOR MY RETURNED ORDER?
Once your returned item has been received in our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your package and confirming your credit. We recommend waiting at least 5 business days before you contact us in regards to your return. Keep in mind that credits can take up to two credit card billing cycles to appear on your statement.
THE ADDRESS OR CONTACT INFORMATION ON MY ORDER IS INCORRECT. HOW CAN I UPDATE MY INFORMATION?
If the shipping address or the name or contact information on your order is incorrect, please contact us right away at [email protected] so that we can get it corrected. If you’d like to edit your account information for future orders, please login to your account and click “Update Profile.” If you need help with your online account, please contact us. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
